What We Recommend

As you watch the video demos, keep in mind that they are just examples of what the certification should look like. HOWEVER, we at NCATS highly recommend that your department set up only realistic scenarios for your certification videos, ie. the use of hidden equipment, patrol scenarios, narcotic/detection scenarios.

GOLDEN RULE:

As Attorney John Peters said, the jury is very visual, as are most people, so a realistic visual of the capability of your dog in a realistic scenario will got a long way.
